性能特点Features

外框：可整卷或裁片供应，亦可加装镀锌框或铝合金框。
滤料：采用内外熔点高低不同的复合纤维制成 ，纤维之间结构牢固，结合紧密，不易脱落。滤棉有全粘性，半粘性，无粘性可供选择。
效率：（EN779:2002 filter class）G3,G4,F5
            （ASHRAE 52.2:2007 filter class）MERV6,MERV7,MERV10.
使用温度：常温。

◆滤料按纤维粗细及密度不同，以非织物方式、多向性、渐层性，轧针法制成
◆渐密式结构可根据尘埃颗粒大小，被阻挡在不同密度的层次，容尘量大
◆一定风速下仍能保持原来形状，增长滤网的寿命，降低更换成本
◆采用内外熔点高低不同的复合纤维制成，纤维之间接点牢固、结合紧密，不易脱落
◆滤棉有全粘性（立体喷胶处理）、半粘性（表面喷胶处理）、无粘性（无胶）可供选择
◆可加装镀锌钢板框或铝合金框，亦可加装金属背网，可有效支撑滤网承受大风量不易变形

by non-woven process

expanded metal on the exhaust side, to effectively prevent deformation
of the separator under high-speed airflow
